Food & Wine Pairing with Tony the Wine Guy

WHEN: Tuesday, December 29th - 6PM-7:30PM CST

We are excited to offer you an exclusive experience with a Master Sommelier for our upcoming Client Appreciation Event. Join us on Tuesday, December 29th, at 6:00PM CST for a fun virtual class in wine tasting with Master Sommelier and food industry professional Tony Porcellini. Tony has worked alongside many great chefs, including Michael Mina and Todd English. His clients include Troon Golf, Four Seasons Hotels and Carrera Wine Cellar.

To make the most of this experience, Tony recommends having the following on hand:

• A glass of Cabernet Sauvignon

• A glass of Merlot

• Crackers

• Blue cheese (or your choice of stinky cheese)

• Honey

• Water

• A sense of humor!

Tony will encourage everyone to tip a glass and then he will guide us on the important elements of tasting wine. The festivity continues with Tony’s recommendations for food pairings to complement a variety of wines. You will have the opportunity to ask Tony questions during the class and also receive exclusive access to him via text and email for 30 days after the event for more of his wisdom, ideas and recommendations.
